  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside personally upon my Cure & in my Parsonage house.

  2. Other benefices: I have no other Benefice at present.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I do not perform Divine Service at any Church besides my own unless to assist a neighbour.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is perform'd twice on the Lords day with a Sermon in the morning.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament of the <Lord is> administerd seven times in the year generally between 20 & 30 Communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: On Sundays in the afternoon in the Summer.

  7. Church fabric: The Church & Chancel is in good repair & the Church yard well kept & we have all things decent for Divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: I have copy of a Terrier of the Glebe Lands, houses &c. The original one I cannot find.

  9. Number of families: About fourscore families.

  10. Chapels: There is no chapel.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: We have no reputed Papists, no meeting houses for dissenting Congregations.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: We have two private schools for Children. No alms house, hospital. We have no parochial Library.

  13. Charity: We have some Lands, & benefactions for charitable uses, & it is duly applied.

    Priest's orders and institution: My Institution is dated the sixth of November 1772. My Priests orders are now in London.
